Once Upon a Time
Prague, Czech Republic
Once upon a time a soul said to the White Source of Love, “Oh, how much I want to know how to deeply love and be loved just as deeply. Can you teach me?”
“Of course, my dear, but it will be difficult for you and a very long time before you learn what you are asking of me.” replied the Source of Love.
“I am ready.” she confidently replied. “For I believe love is what every soul is made of, whether they know it or not. I desire to be a soul that feels love at the deepest level.”
Off she went into the womb of her choosing, trusting the source would honor her request.
She was born with the love she needed to begin her chosen path, but at eight years old, she was left in a room with four men. Three of them each took a turn abusing her sexually while the others watched. She was also given a death threat if she didn’t do as they demanded.
When she crawled into her bed that night, she cried herself to sleep begging for the pain to go away.
She awoke with absolutely no memory of the day before. But what she didn’t know, in exchange for removing the pain, the depth of her emotions became shallow, leaving her unable to express them with her words.
She continued her path of life frightened of the world, afraid to speak her truth.
As she was turning sixty six, the memory came back to her in tiny bits at a time. How painful it was to relive the event, but she had to in order to heal from it. For earlier she learned that she chose this path in this body and that healing leads to forgiveness and forgiveness leads to love.
She has truly forgiven the men, knowing they were following through with what the Source of Love asked of them. Their souls knew she had to feel such pain in order to teach her to deeply feel love someday.
She reconnected with her eight year old self and made a pact. Together the two of them shared how they will always support and love each other through whatever healing lies ahead of them. For they have unlocked their heart and opened it, completely, to share with the world. Even though the unknown is a bit scary, they are together, forever holding hands, ready to welcome deep love.
That soul is me, Carol and I love myself completely.
