This recognition happens when two souls have known each other, in some form, in the past. Many believe reincarnation is real and that souls return to this earth over several lifetimes to evolve, learn, and transform. It is thought that in each returning lifetime, a soul brings the specific lessons necessary for its spiritual evolution.

Knowledge from past lives can help us overcome present obstacles and understand current phobias. Past-life information can add depth and richness to experiences in this lifetime and help you find the answers you seek.

A few years ago, I wouldn’t have been able to tell you about past lives and how vital this information can be to one’s current life experience. Past-life information comes to me in several ways, and the information is unique to the individual receiving it. I receive a sense of someone or something, hear words, or actually “see” a scenario. In determining an approximate time period, I look at details in a scene, like clothing and shoes. (For example, during a recent past life session, I visualized a shoe with a huge buckle and recognized it as a Pilgrim’s shoe.) Clue after clue, I’m led by Spirit through these past-life experiences to share them with you. Most importantly, please know that Spirit only shares what you are ready to hear.
